"I was hired as the COO on a consulting basis, to help the company set up its 5 year Master plan and restructure the accounting, purchasing and estimating processes. CSB is a company with 5 locations employing approx 50 people. The initiatives the team put in place we doubled our revenue in 5 months, increased ROI/NOI by 15%. Increased purchasing power and increased production. The team is a strong energetic group that needs to slow down and understand the processes to get them to the 5 year goal.
