"good work environment and good projects"
"Management from corporate office is a horror show. Since downsizing from another building they layed off over 100 employees. It is a big name in decline being bought out by Euro Congolmorate not an American company any longer. All the decision makers are self motivated into zero career growth or future. TOTAL SHOW!!!!"
"They lack modern technology to be able to get your job done. They watch every single penny when it comes down to spending for supplies but also for employee engagement events. Leadership is all over the place and has no structure."
"Lacks Technology and Systems to be able to do your job. Which makes it more of a manual process when doing things. The company always finds themselves in a building stage, from a stability perspective it has a long way to go."
"Great opportunity to learn about the retail space and grow your career."
"Crate & Barrel is a great company with strong work ethic and a collaborative creative environment. Management style is stagnant and needs a refresh to invest further in it's talented workers. The company needs more structure around its processes and further investment in its technology to create more efficiencies."
"Great company to work for, with exceptional leadership"
"Management took a nosedive in the recent year and a half and now this store is not a good place to work. Constant texts from a manager, micromanaging, double standards... the brand is good but management needs to be fixed. Lots of turn-over. Not good."
"This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The store manager in Manhasset is unqualified for her position. She locks herself in her office all day while chaos is happening in the store daily due to lack of employees. The store only has a few employees left, everyone is quitting. The worst part is even corporate does not step in to help rectify all these problems. The store manager MUST be fired, she is totally incompetent."
