"Good company vision but inconsistent management."

What do you like about working at CRAssociates?

"I liked the vision of the company; providing healthcare for military and veterans."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It's all about salary and budget. If you ask for a salary within their hiring range, you've got the job regardless of how you interview or your experience."

What don't you like about working at CRAssociates?

"Very clickish if that's a word. Has a dictator of a VP of Operations who takes pride in being cutthroat and often sabotages employees if the VP doesn't like them. Admittedly, doesn't like to hire men. The VP of Operations is best friends with the HR Director. Once you become a target of the VP of Operations, you become subject to an incredibly hostile work environment. Also, the IT Department doesn't respond timely and equipment and software are often outdated. Also, there is a lot of nepotism at the corporate office."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest more in technology and the IT staff. The VP of Operations should be more professional in work relationships. The VP usually drinks excessively with favorite regional managers. Traveling managers often stay at the VP's home. Business decisions are often based on who the VP likes in the industry, so I would have some oversight of the VP's decisions."
