"I worked with Crailar for two years. It was a start up operation. It was the first facility for the company so all programs had to be developed from scratch. This responsibility fell primarily on my shoulders. The officers of the company were easy to work with and all the work was done with a spirit of cooperation. I tried to make my work very transparent and the officers appreciated it. In the end they ran short of development money and had to curtail operations."
