"Nothing. I am very self-reliant, dependable, independent employee and do not forsee any changes management needs to make in account to my tasks at the restaurant. I enjoy them because they understand I know the position and are there if I should ever need assistance, but allow me to work independently until I approach them."

"An increasing number of systems that make no sense and are impossible to execute. A move away from the core principles that made the company successful in the first place. Make CPK a great place to work and a great place to dine. Now, all the focus is on the stock price."
