"I worked for CPG for 8 months and found that the company was in the start up position for SOX compliance. I enjoyed working for CPG but found a position that better suited my knowledge and skills with another company. I found that although fully qualified for many higher positions within the company, no women were in a position higher than manager. I therefore concluded that being promoted within the company was not going to happen for me."
