"As with all school districts currently, the state and federal budgets play a huge roll in the hiring of new staff. This is the problem I have been met with while trying to get a job - budget constraints. It seems that the budget issues stretch far beyond the school districts. I keep looking, applying, hoping, praying, and trying to locate a position. Soon, I shall be successful. I know I will."
