"Must be willing to be on call at all times, can be a fun atmosphere where you meet lots of people... definately a great LONG-TERM career choice for the right people."

"The hospitality industry is open 24/7 - someone has to be present at all times and being that I was the top performer and supervisor... it was usually me."

"Less micromanagement, really teach people delegation and empowerment."
