What do you like about working at Court Square Group?

"It's a positive environment. A company can be seen as the sum of its people, and CSG contains some great people! CSG is a small but growing company, which means greater personal interaction and involvement, even with upper management. This also means a greater level of personal influence over some decisions. The office in Groton, a least, was a comfortable and pleasant work environment and I hope to find another place like it in the future. CSG was very accommodating to me in helping to balance my work life and my personal life."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If interviewing for a technical position, be reasonably honest about your technical experience. CSG has trained new hires to fill positions in the past, but usually not those who lack the skills they advertise."

What don't you like about working at Court Square Group?

"It was difficult to get training approved, even for things that were clearly assets to our positions. Due to the nature of our contracts and the policies of our clients job security was not as strong as I would have preferred. Communications from and possibly between management sometimes seemed confusing or contradictory."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no suggestions for management."
