"I worked at Coupar Consulting for a full year until the company was forced to layoff employees due to Covid19. The firm is small and ranges from 15-20 people at a time. Although the company offers a great work/life balance, the turn over rate is high - which makes the workflow difficult at times. I would recommend this company to a young designer who is looking to learn a lot in a short amount of time."
