"You have to enjoy a slow-moving government process and a lack of transparency. Also, right now, it's not a good time for a county job."

What don't you like about working at County of Sacramento?

"The lack of flexibility to run one's program, the bureaucracy, lack of transparency, and inadequate orientation for managers. Also, the inability to evaluate one's supervisor and poor response when an ineffective supervisor is in place."

"Transparency of intentions, structure, input into and of the decision-making process."
