"Good company with good people, though don't expect career growth since it the company was in holding pattern and the owners liked the way it was structured."

What don't you like about working at Cougar Mountain Software?

"Money wasn't the best but typical to Boise, ID. Old software built on old technology, hard to compete against better financed companies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None of consequence. What they wanted to improve couldnt be improved until the launch of their new product the following year. it was a waiting game."
