"I transferred to Coty from Procter & Gamble due to a merger. I was disappointed that Coty did not have the same standards of quality in their products that P&G demanded. Management seemed to rely on the buddy system and not necessarily reward employees for the quality of their work. There was and still appears to be many re-organization strategies trying to right the sinking ship. I gladly took a separation package when most departments were relocated out of state."
