"The work atmosphere was professional yet friendly. I had great respect for my immediate supervisors, and always felt respected by them. My ideas were heard and often used, and I had many opportunities to advance my position within the company, as well as continuing my education."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Cosworth USA is a wonderful, strong company full of bright people and huge potential. I would not suggest working for Cosworth UK as I believe they are often mis-managed and short-sighted. When interviewing, do not be afraid to bring new ideas to the table immediately."

What don't you like about working at Cosworth Racing?

"Corporate management was often short-sighted and began projects without completely supporting them; as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, there were many business processes that needed attention to improve efficiency, but the corporate structure was not conducive to it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The new VP of management would be wise to listen to those that have been in the company for years; they know the trends of the market and industry, and they are the reason Cosworth has survived through the turmoil of Motorsports."
