"nothing really good to say it is the worse company I have worked for, no management, no organization and not to mention the pay cut that they gave us just made realize I had to get me something better"

"The ONLY thing I liked about this job was the M-F schedule"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't take the job unless you're seriously needing the money. I wish someone would have warned me what the management was like. Even my regional manager didn't care about anything that my manager was doing."

What don't you like about working at Cosmo Store Services?

"My manager was horrible. She was NEVER in the store. She wouldn't tell us which store to go to the next day until 6pm the night before at the earliest. The health insurance was a joke. I paid over $120/month, just for myself, and that got me the lowest plan available. There was no sort of official training. My manager wasn't even present my first day. A co-worker had to train me, which consisted of me watching her work. Nothing was explained, there were no proceudres of how to do the job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire manager's who actually care about their job. Don't hire salaried manager's who show up 30min before their employee's shifts ends and expect them to stay another COUPLE OF HOURS to help the manager out."
