"Too much politics in the company with less than 100 employees. Upper management hires friends of friends instead of the best people for the job. Promotions are given to the people who follow the management narrative instead of people who actually deliver results. Raises are results of turnovers, not actual evaluations. Would not recommend working or apply there."
