What do you like about working at CorSolutions?
"started as temporary - and that was OK, but they did not seem to be interested in hiring into permanent pool of workers - status was shaky all along and they let a lot of people go - very high attrition rate - new management was very unprofessional and concerned about making numbers only and they were so different than the nursing staff to work for - very bogus goals were set to attract new contracts, and just make fake numbers of dials in a day - if you called directory assistance 200/day you were considered better than one who got them a lot of enrollments."
What don't you like about working at CorSolutions?
"fake numbers game they were playing to attract new contracts and money was not cool; anyone can dial the phone 200/day - getting positive results with talking to potential customers is a different thing - they got very concerned about numbers only and they had very high attrition rates."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"go back to the nurses supervising enrollment specialists - they were at least nice and got the cooperation of nice people like me"
