"I would not recommend working for this agency. There are too many problems with the agencies structure, training, promotion boards, and the people they hire to make the risk worth while to work in a prison environment."

What don't you like about working at State of Texas?

"Inmates and incompetent administration and supervisors. It is a High School education, or GED, meets the world environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change the way you promote and do business."
