"While this can be an excellent place to work, the pendulum can swing the other direction quite easily. Your experience will be partly based on the clients that you are assigned, and partly the team that you work with. Prior to COVID there was a deadlock updating compensation to more fairly reflect workload that I doubt will be resolved once the world is back to normal."
