"This is a hard question to answer because of the downsizing the company really hasn't hired any employees."
What don't you like about working at Assurant?
"That they downsized and that I had to close two of my locations along with being laid off."

"To make sure the employees are happy, motivated and that management understands it is the employees that make business function properly ."

"Exciting, challenging, different every day."

"Challenge them to to explain why they keep going to a more and more Wal-Mart approach in selling, i.e., no customer service but self-service but at dept. store prices."

"The people were wonderful and it felt like a place I could see myself at for a long time until the market went south and they had to lay employees off."

"Wanted to get them a little more up to date on their software systems - moving more away from paper to a computer based system."
