Submit a Review"I loved my corp acct rep job because I knew the industry so well that it made my job so easy to help clients and others. With my calendar background, I was able to help answer any questions without having to transfer them to another dept. The one thing I wasn't happy about was that my VP never treated me fairly. I was expected to increase sales but never given any budget to take clients out or even allowed to visit clients. For having the highest sales increase, I was very unappreciated by her."

"I liked the autonomy of most of my positions. I liked the people with whom I worked."

"Don't do it. The company has not existed for 8 years."
What don't you like about working at MCI?
"The myopic, statistics based rewards programs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It is a little late for that now. Try not to succumb to the bean counter mentality."

"Old technology with a very slow turn on migration to new."

What do you like about working at Advanced Tissue?
"People were nice and the opportunity was good. The relationships to the distributor reps was negligible as Adv Tissue is a young company"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be very Excel literate and be very flexible for change. People come and go there often. It is not a good environment for advanced candidates."
What don't you like about working at Advanced Tissue?
"My title changed twice and my territory went from 8 to 13 states and I got responsibilities in reporting to 12 reps and many other things I did not want to do nor had background in"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be clear in the hiring process. I ended up working for another manager than who hired me and the atmosphere was constant upheaval."

"I like the chance to create financial independence, and to use your mind and get ahead."

"Microsoft is many companies, depending on geography and line of business."

"At times hard work and innovation were not rewarded."

"Make sure your managers are promoted because of capability and talent, not politics."

"Great challenge and great company support. Salary was good for industry and worked well with family."
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"Opportunity to grow past a certain level was difficult after merger."
