"Even though CornerStone is a medium sized company and growing it still feels like a small family company which is great. It is close knit. In the work environment you see and communicate with higher ups everyday and develope professional and personal relationships with them all which is nice."

"Just be yourself. Talk about your goals and what type of strenghts you have. Dont be nervous! Everybody here is so nice!"
What don't you like about working at Cornerstone Telephone?
"Some employees have a hard time sticking to there job and are not able to stay focused so some orders take more time then they should which turns into lost revenue for the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Just that some processes with orders need to be re thought of. A lot of inside sales ends up doing the provisioing parts of the orders because provisiong doesnt want to do it and they are lazy."
