"I own this company; I get feedback from my clients. My role is to develop a relationship and gain trust very quickly so we can get to the reason I am there. This model works well as the contracts are usually short and require a lot of lifting (not literally). We need to move at an accelerated pace so trust plays a big role in everything I do."
