"Interview with the corporate human resources team when possible. Look for positions with an actual CMC office/branches not one of their net branch offices."

What don't you like about working at Cornerstone Mortgage?

"I worked for a net branch office and found that it was not the same as working for a CMC owned branch or office. The opportunities that were available to other CMC employees were not necessarily open to a net branch employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For my particular experience with, a net branch of CMC, my suggestion would be carefully look at the requirements that the corporate office expects out of your support staff and operate in a mode that will help meet those expectations."

"I work for a net branch, and I would say that they have to be more realistic about their staffing goals."
