"My direct manager was more of a individual sales person and not a manager. There was very little leadership given."

"The suggestion I would have would be to understand their employees to know what their core competencies and strengths are and utilize those skills and not promote someone just because they have been there a long time. There also needs to be a clear vision from the top executives as to the direction on the company."
