"The department I work in at Corewell Health is severely understaffed, even though we hear from senior management that we are appropriately staffed. I have knowledge of 3 Performance Improvement Plans that were used by employees as an excuse to blame the understaffing on poor performance. Even though leadership talks about improving work/life balance, I see absolutely no improvement."
