"I've worked for Coreslab Structures (Tampa), Inc. for over 5 years. While they offer good medical and fairly good vacation benefits, they do not match 401k. Over the past 3 years there have been numerous layoffs and sales have been cut in half. Sales are very low and the company is not bringing in sales needed to support the business. Work is manual, not much automation, more overhead personnel than workers, primarily in layoffs - no overhead personnel was laid off."
