"Weak upper management and weak middle-management as they fail to think things through. No on-boarding. No work-life balance, everything is a fire until it changes again. Many extremely rude people in leadership roles which created lack of collaboration on projects. The office setting is lovely, there are some nice people in the company. The IT department pays well and you will works with some intelligent people but don't be surprised if you wind up working Christmas."
