"They strive for perfection because they have off shore development. All BRD's have to be perfect and written in 5 weeks, or less. Then the business needs to review, then the development team and QA needs to sign off. Then work with QA to develop test scripts."

"Most of the people are very nice and cooperative. Inspite management's ignorance and lack of cooperation."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't go there unless you are desperate. Their turn over rate is much higher than industry averages, but they will lie to you and tell you it isn't. They are a numbers spinner remember. And as soon as you finish writing your job process they will outsource and dismiss you. I saw it numerous times."
What don't you like about working at CoreLogic?
"Management caters to the subservient butt kissers, they will give you loads of empty promises, training is non existant."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay industry average salaries for 'knowledgable' people. Clean house and get rid of everyone that does not know they job and that can not or does not perform."
"Fire evvryone that says I don't know and start over. Company has lots of shortcomings."

"The people were extremely nice inspite of management's ignorance. Campus is nice and dining accomodations are pleasant."

"Do go there !!!! Turn over is much higher than industry average. Pay is only adequate and training sucks. Too much outsourcing. Once your process gets outsourced you'll be fired."
What don't you like about working at CoreLogic?
"The management is not knowledgeable of their processes and cater to those who are subservient and agree with management, even if they are wrong."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire managers that know what they are doing and listen to them. Too many there don't know."
