"Core Scientific has a solid foundation and some amazing, very talented team members. The company is doing some of the most innovative, world-changing things and it was incredibly exciting to be a part of it. The biggest challenge I observed was the disconnect between highly motivated team members from the startup community and slower-paced team members from big corporations. It created a tense environment with a lot of division in decision making, which halted progress."
