"Very unorganized company. When a change happened, they wouldn't always tell employees who needed to be involved until sometimes day of change. Trying to be prepared was an understatement. Tons of favoritism within the company. If you had a drink with the owner, you had a job. If you worked hard, you probably were one of many laid off."
