"Mostly good people. 80% of the staff knows what they are doing but the ones who need help don't really get the hands on approach they need. The company underpays its employees and cuts costs too quickly when something hits the fan. The owner gets upset quickly, means well but sometimes makes irrational decisions. I believe if there was a market to improve CEO level attitude and approach to circumstances then he could definitely go far with his company."
