"I have worked for Coral Desert Rehabilitation for five years as a physical therapist assistant. It's a great place to work, with co-workers who are easy-going and who love to have fun, but at the same time, are professional and courteous in all interactions with patients. It has its flaws, for sure. The food is terrible (patients are rarely happy with their meals), the nursing is understaffed, and the higher level management is focused on the bottom line and not necessarily care and comfort of patients. However, compared to other skilled nursing facilities in the area, this place is a gem (overall atmosphere, cleanliness, a top-notch PT department)."
