"Obviously, the goal of any company is to make money, but as a manager that shouldn't be your only focus. In what ways can you make the office a better environment for your team so that they can flourish without focusing only on revenue"

"The building was set on the Thames in Hammersmith, London, England. Totally laid-back as far as dress was concerned and my creative team-mates were excellent. We still talk all the time."

"From what I understand, the company is really struggling and staff turn-over is very high, very quickly."

"Backstabbing, incompetent managers who were only worried about preserving their positions once the company went public."

"Pay more attention to letting the people you have hired to do the job actually do the job. They hired an incredibly talented team--and then tied their hands behind their backs."

"I don't like the building we are based out of and the pay scale is awful."

"I would suggest training the salespeople effectively to avoid miscommunication and to increase the pay scale for the employees with large responsibilities."

"I was happy working with the VP of Interactive. He was a great boss. He told me what he needed, and I was able to give him all that he needed. I loved the actual project itself, as he listened and heard my thinking and I was able to complete the project."

"Know your strengths, and be yourself. It's a great place to work."

"I was there only for a project for 2 weeks. I'd be happy to have worked there longer."

"The VP of Sales caused problems within the project. That was unfortunate."

"Great people and great compensation. Indeed it was the best job I had ever had to that point."

"Be sure to get everything about your employment in writing and have them sign and date everything and keep a copy of that agreement."

"There wasn't much not to like about working for this company."

"Be more true to your word. There is nothing worse than taking management at its word regarding an agreement made about your work contract and management not holding up their end of the bargain."
