What do you like about working at Copeland's Sports?

"Grand opened all 3 Las Vegas Market stores in 1996 and 1997. This was a new market for the organization.The ability to to : hire all staff, daily corporate buyer communication, community involvement to present the business, ability to utilize creative merchandisng to drive sales, weekly ad sets, direct and train 90 employees in a retail environment, effective corporate management conference calls devising methods/programs to grow the business and the team environment created amoungst all company employees. In addition, the fast paced high volume environment created a positive environment."

What don't you like about working at Copeland's Sports?

"At times, the ability to get enough quantities of product from the distribution center on a timely basis to satisfy customer demand."
