"To highlight positives, the Coos History Museum has a solid base of volunteers and for the most part, co-workers were superb. However, in 2019 the museum has had four executive directors who replaced a long-serving director, one of whom didn't know how to build up and support the employees. This director instead micromanaged and belittled and should've never been hired. I would highly recommend that in future years the board of directors actually ask employees what personality traits they'd like in a future director to avoid this hiring disaster."
