Our culture is collaborative and at times very lively, but once a decision is made, everyone marches toward the same goal in a focused manner. Discussions are at times lively, but we focus and look for the humor in our tasks.It is challenging to coordinate meetings across many time zones. We rotate times so that everyone has good and not so good meeting days."
