"They aren't interviewing. Hiring freeze, for obvious reasons, and in trouble."

What don't you like about working at Conviva?

"- Being laid off due to upper mgmt mis-handling of finances.- The always-on nature of the company -- e.g. being called on my cell while commuting (1hr each way) and being asked to do things when still 20min from home."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop spending $1.2M/month. (No exaggeration.) I'm told by those still there that they have achieved a huge spending reduction by now...too late"
