"I've worked at Conversion Fanatics for over a year. While I can say that the freedom to do whatever you want is super great, the pay is awful. And the workload is intense. I'm a hard worker and I don't mind doing the work - so long as I'm getting paid for it. But we're marketing ourselves as a CRO agency and not even doing CRO. So we're expected to just get out loads and loads of tests repeatedly, the clients expect ridiculous results because that's how we sell our services to them, and the employees are drowning in work and honestly I think we're ruining our clients sites. We're not even paying attention to the data - we're just going full speed ahead. If you know anything about CRO, you'll know that our process is wrong. It's fine if you need to gain some experience in the field, but it's not sustainable at all."
