"STAY AWAY FROM CONVERGEONE During COVID Senior Leadership Team reduced our Salaries and Bonuses. Ironically, the organization purchased M&A companies during COVID-19 with no regard for their employees. It is my opinion this company has problems with their Balance Sheet and No plan for future growth. Employees with great talent are separated from this company by a huge mass. Engineers have low morale due to right shoring which means outsourcing their jobs overseas. Their big problem will surface when customers lose their favorite USA Engineers. First Line Management in my opinion lacks managerial and communication skills. You will notice in this thread positive feedback reviews by employees who are in denial and they know who they are. If you want to work for a growing company and a future look elsewhere."

"I worked for ConvergeOne for 6+ years. The company is an MSP with 300+ customers and each one has a different environment. The company is great to learn but is extremely top heavy and has a hard time disseminating information both downwards and also between teams. There's a lot of compartmentalization in which the overall teams talk to each other creating for conflict between who owns what in certain situations."

"I have worked for ConvergeOne for 9 months after they purchased Advantel Inc. The environment was different and took a long time to get things processed from what we used to at Advantel. Overall I feel ConvergeOne is an excellent company and enjoy working with everyone and have a great relationship across regions. I feel ConvergeOnewill make it if they start putting the emphasis on what they have and train the employees vs. purchasing other companies to fill the void. ConvergeOne is currently going through layoffs due to overlap and has been cutting due to overlap of job requirements."
