"I worked for ConvergeHEALTH when it was a separate company, before it merged with a larger company. Unfortunately, I felt that the new management brought a lot of bad ethics and culture to the office - and I wasn't alone, as people have begun leaving en masse. I don't have much more room for farewell parties in my calendar!Compensation is good, but due to the consultant culture, I often find myself with unacceptably long work hours."
