"I've been with ConvaTec for 14 months. The company is currently owned by a Capital Investment Firm and in the process of being sold. Local management is good, corporate is awful. They have no idea how to run a manufacturing company and are just trying to squeeze as much out of this as they can before the sale. Funds are not made available to purchase technology, especially systems. The work environment is very contentious and unpleasant."
