What don't you like about working at Covidien?

"There was one plant manager that was at the plant for a couple of years. He was all about reducing head count, including senior people that deserved better. Fortunately, that plant manager was only there a couple of years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have talked to some of my colleagues who still work there and they are pretty happy for the most part. So my advice is keep up the good work."
