"Stay away they are going under. Management is toxic and desperate."

"My last boss was a very poor decision. They should have looked outside of the company and not promote the last boss I had."

"Management has their priorities wrong. Management puts no value on their employees."

"Always nice to work with new technology and learn new systems"

"Be very careful and fully understand what you are getting into."
What don't you like about working at Vertique?
"Nobody driving the boat. Lots of managers but not much managing going on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't throw employees under the bus to cover bad management decisions"

"the hiring of controls without the experence that is required from this type of position"

"envolve all departmental employess in the hiring procedure, so everyone would already know strengths and weakness"
What do you like about working at Johnson Controls?
"On (rare) occasions the work can be enjoyable and fulfilling. I would like to become more involved with some of the decision making. (I currently am not - which is one of the many reasons that I am seeking a change.)"
What don't you like about working at Johnson Controls?
"The type of work is becoming monotonous. We could use some more help. The light amount of staffing has resulted in the highest amount of stress that I have experienced in the eighteen years that I have been here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The new management team needs to listen to us more. We are the employees who have been working here the longest - some for 15 to 20 years, and we know what the customer's wants and needs are. They ask us to answer surveys assuring that they are anonymous and confidential but then advise us not to forward the memo with the link to the survey to our co-workers because the email memo with this link is unique to each of our email accounts. So much for the survey being anonymous, candid and confidential! This has resulted in an air of apprehension and mistrust of our management. So, many of the workers are playing it safe by either not completing the survey or not being truthful, for fear - real or imagined, of reprisals against them, should management identify them and not like their complaints or criticisms. I like to think that our management is sincere in their attempt to improve, but terminations do appear to be on the rise lately. (One can do the math, as they say.)"

"I had an opportunity to learn about the automotive industry and the rapid pace of a machine builder."

"It is a very small company, there is little room for growth"

"Not having the trust of the boss to get the job done when I was never late."

"Let the workers do there jobs without micro managing, trust that they will get them done if given the tools that they need."

"The company was very forward looking, they were happy to train their workforce on the latest technologies."

"Be honest and fully explain you whole experience in the work force up to this point."

"There was not anything that I didn't like about working for this company. A very positive experience."

"Keep up the good work, nothing new to suggest, listen to you workforce."
