"I've worked at Melton for 3 years. I really like the people who work there, but I'm worried about the future of the company because it isn't getting the work it needs to keep busy. Also the compensation is dependent on that work, so compensations are down and they're losing tons of engineers"

The lab was the largest in the chemical engineering department and housed reactors so large and dangerous they were required to be operated off campus. The pay was acceptable, but the experience gained was worth 10 fold more."
