"Be prepared for a challenge! It's a good place to work, but the customers can be a challenge, and they always think their right."

"The customer in this Third Party Logstics (3PL) company was very difficult. My senior management was very supportive, but the customer was not."

"Stand up for what is right! Don't give in to the person that wants you to act unethically."

"Strong work ethic. Desbuild is a small Design Build firm that takes quite a bit of pride in providing a quality product."

"I like the total work flexibility and congenial co-workers. It is a great environment to learn and take on a series of dynamic projects."

"I was able to work with International clients requiring repair work on the systems built by BAE."

"I was working for over a year, commuting 2-3 hrs a day, in NJ traffic, and I elected not to relocate since it would have taken its toll on my family."
