"The company was very well organized in the descriptions of what they wanted and expected. They treated me like a person not just another resource."

"Go for it, this company treats employees and contractors with a great deal of respect. Its' good to work for a company that treated me like a person again after all the years of being a number in the corporate cogs."
What don't you like about working at Universal Weather and Aviation?
"It wasn't in Austin. I have family in Austin and only took the job as a contract, knowing that it was temporary. I would like to have telecommuted with the company more."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Include the developers in the discussions about the project. They had my manager represent the project status and wasn't completely aware of the status."
What do you like about working at Adecco?
"The people I dealt with were friendly, interested in my success and always had better than average opportunities for me."

"Ability to bring opportunities in the Federal space. I brought a very large client base."

"Business Development is a 12 month to 18 month process not 6 months especially when the U S Government is in a financial crisis during a major recession"

"Small underfunded start-up medical device company. President Micro Mgr. Overbearing, Dictatorial, Dishonest Cancelled contract w/o written warning, Owes reimbursement of $2K for travel exp. to plastic surgery mtg. in Miami, FL to exhibit new products."

"Leading marketing for new product launches. Developing and implemting new internet, direct mail marketing and sales support print and web materials. Updating website and e-mail marketing and SEO."

"Stay away, not a postitive experience, misleading, inadequate funding and helter skelter do everything now enviornment. No clear direction, objectives and goals and timelines."
What don't you like about working at BioElectronics Corp.?
"Not organized, no plans or ignores completed marketing plans, insufficient funding to support basic marketing and marketing manager compensation. Multiple agendas, multiple direct conflicting strategies and tactics. Micro-management and aggressive management do not produce positive growth and performance."

"Learn how to manage employees fairly and effectively, Acquire adequate funding to support marketing and marketing manager compensation."
