What do you like about working at Contrack International?

"I no longer work there. However, what I enjoyed most was the personal relationship I had with The President of CII, Karim Kamel Toug -he was and remains a very personable, intelligent and charismatic leader and friend, making time for those that needed to be heard. I could not have been treated more fairly and honestly."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest in everything you say. They will know the difference."

What don't you like about working at Contrack International?

"I didn't dislike anything about working for CII. I would have preferred more time in the field but that was not our arrangement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Delegate more responsibility to senior subordinate leaders and hold them accountable. The president and vice-president carry too much of the load."
