"When I was buyer for the plant was very fast paced but I really enjoyed the job. I felt I was appreciated from the managers and people I supported in the plant. The corporate managers did not realize how hard we all worked for the good of the plant. The Plant closed down."

"Responsibility for all aspects of operation, and ability to perform upgrades, and implement new systems, without having to be concerned with long and cumbersome change control processes."

"It was a manufacturing environment, so it was dirty, loud, very hot in summer, and noisy. Unions."
