"They don't pay employees on time. They also will cheat you out of your commissions or just not pay them. They will not reimburse any receipts despite asking for receipts (You will have to purchase your own office supplies and toilet paper...) You will never have the right tools to be able to do your job. I didn't even have a computer for a year! They do nothing to invest in their employees. Owner is a delusional narcissist who thinks it's reasonable to force artists into exclusives for shows, yet only put one or two works on the wall. Overall, the company makes bad business decisions and there is no room for long term growth."
